Why wouldn't I just contract with a freelancer or hire a full time designer?
If a qualified individual can be found, the annual cost for a full-time designer at the senior-level can exceed well over $100,000+ which is not practical when work sporatic. With our plans, they can be conveniently paused , so that you only pay for work being completed and not for idle hours. As for contracting with freelancers, the range of work one may get will not cover all the areas that we do. Most freelancers are skilled in a particular area and charge based on the hours they'll work, and many times the quality of work does not match the price that is paid. With us, you will get every service we offer included in your subscription which will cover most if not all areas of your business.
How do I submit design requests?
Great question! We've worked to make the request process simple and streamlined. Upon starting a plan, you will be sent a link to a Trello board. Your Trello board will be home to all of your business files, pending, current, and approved service requests. Files can be shared via Google docs, directly in Trello, or any other preferred method.
Is is truly unlimited service requests?
It is truly unlimited in the sense that you can have an unlimited amount of request in your backlog. However, only ONE request will be worked on at a time. For example, as a streaming service subscriber you have access to an unlimited amount of watching time on the service, but you can only actually watch one show at a time.
What if I don't like the design or project?
No worries! The beauty of this process is that we will continue to revise the project until you're satisfied.
What programs do you use?
Great question! Design work is done directly in Framer or Go Highlevel, videography post-production is done in Davinci Resolve, photography post-production is done in Adobe Lightroom, and the backend business system is connected through Go Highlevel.
How fast will I receive my design/project?
After the initial project is completed (7-14 days depending on the scope), most request are done within 48 hours after the submission of the request depending on the complexity.
What if I don't need all your other services?
Great question, we've made it pretty easy for you to choose the plan that best fits your needs at the time.
The All-in-One plan is exactly what it sounds like, your complete operations built out and setup in one software. Everything will be included and the media services are optional but at your disposal.
The Premium plan includes everything that the All-in-One Design plan has with the exception that the website is designed and developed in a more premium software called Framer and the CRM system will be connected to the Framer site on the backend.
**If you already have a website that you're happy with, that is fine too – ask us about our leads only offer**
What type of work do you not cover?
At this point in time for design, we do not offer 3D modeling, extensive print or packaging design, and complex document design. Video services are a little different depending on location, for Texas-based clients we offer everything in terms of the video process (planning, scripting, filming, and editing), but for clients that are not in the Texas area we only offer filming for products and video editing. The animated videos such as the one on our homepage is available to any client. Our photography service is currently only available to Texas based clients, unless it is for a product. Any client is able to move their central business operations to the Go High Level platform, it doesn't matter if you already have a website as GHL is used as a connection between all of your areas of business.
Will there be refunds available?
Due to the high-quality nature of the work produced, there will not be refunds offered at this time.
What is the Missed-Call Text Back feature?
Great question!
The mctb function is an amazing feature that we offer to any of our clients, whether they already have a website or need us to set one up. This function acts as a way to catch potentially lost leads that may happen with missed calls. Local businesses typically use landlines for their business phone system, with GHL a business can transfer their business line online and have the number forwarded to their personal cellphone while keeping their personal number invisible and secure. When a customer calls the GHL phone number and the call is missed, an automated workflow will send the caller a message asking how your business can be of service.
